Abstract
A total of 39 species and 5 subspecies are added to the bird fauna of the Province of Córdoba, Argentina. The new records involve chiefly freshwater birds, and even seabirds. The species of seabirds were found in Laguna Mar Chiquita, an extensive (2,000 km²) body of saltwater in NE Córdoba.
